Motorsport lightweight Lexan / Makrolon polycarbonate window kit

  • Manufactured from high quality Polycarbonate sheet 
  • UV protected against sunlight discolouring
  • Approximately 50% weight saving compared to glass of the same thickness
  • Each window is marked to meet MSA, FIA & ABG regulations.
  • Accurately moulded* to the curvature of the OEM glass for a perfect fit
  • Pre applied black border with high detailed DOT matrix serigraphy where applicable
  • CNC profile cut and ready to fit
  • Tinted Polycarbonates are self-coloured throughout the sheet.

Built using our custom injection-moulded design to ensure minimal contact between the slider and the window.

Designed to prevent the slider panel rubbing on the window and scratching it.

Clubman Slider Kit

Mid-range Slider kit suitable for all rally / race applications.

Sprung ball bearing system in the handle secures the window into position and stops it sliding back and forth under braking and acceleration.

Pro Slider Kit

Our Pro slider kit is used in many forms of motorsport. The fully vacuum formed enclosure helps to resist water and dirt from entering the car.

The sprung ball bearing system in the handle secures the slider panel into position and stops it sliding back and forth under accelleration and braking.

  • Vacuum formed full frame enclosure.

WRC Slider Kit

PolyBond-PC - Polycarbonate Window Adhesive
Bottle of PolyBond-PC Polycarbonate window adhesive.

 

Our very own formulated adhesive suitable for the bonding in of Lexan / Makrolon pre-primed polycarbonate windows. Used for all windows that bond directly to the body of the car. If you are bolting/ rivetting your windows into place this is not necessary.

  • Can be used on Windshields, rear & side windows.
  • Highly elastic to allow expansion and vibration of the polycarbonate.
  • Solvent & isocyanate free.
  • No need to use any additional windscreen activator/ primers.

PolyPolish Window Polish Kit
Two black bottles, labelled PolySeal and PolyClean.

 

Plastics 4 Performance developed PolyPolish Polycarbonate window Polish and Cleaner kit includes a thick acrylic based polish with UV protection.

Easily applied to your windows after installation and removal of the protective covering, this polish will seal the surface providing a static free window which does not let dust and grit stick. It also improves the water dissapation helping to keep your windows clearer in the rain. It will also fill micro scratches and generally freshen up old windows.

Made from a unique blend of waxes, anti-static agents and hydrophobic sealants to help protect your windows after installation or a deep wash.

Developed and used daily in our own workshop, this is the best polish you can use for your polycarbonate windows.

Also included is a trackside cleaner, which is a combination cleaner and polish so you can easily look after your windows at the track side.
